For this concrete pool in Pascoe Vale the owners sought a luxurious Combination Pool / Spa that would be geared for family fun, function as a spectacular water feature visible from all living areas of the house, and culminate in a true luxury resort-style entertaining area. Liquid Blue Pools designed and executed a retreat that is a hallmark of quality workmanship, embodying dedicated attention to detail.

The design achieved the visual impact the owners desired, offering a striking lineal view of the pool immediately upon entering the residence. To meet the request for a luxury resort-style area while maximising the available space, the pool was expertly sited up against the home, which was pivotal in creating a generous area for the outdoor entertaining area. A striking red feature wall behind the raised spa introduces a contemporary architectural element to the design, with the spa itself serving as an additional water feature. The pool is finished with opulent Bisazza Glass Mosaic Tiles, and large Belgian Bluestone pavers were used to create a voluminous and smooth, flowing transition from inside to outside. The frameless glass fencing further enhances this fluidity by keeping views unobstructed.

The Combination Pool and Spa is fantastic because it can be used all year round, thanks to its integrated heating systems. The pool utilises the very latest automated in-floor cleaning and circulation systems from Paramount, world’s leading in-floor cleaning system. The Pentair energy efficient pool equipment allows for hassle-free control. The mineral sanitation system further ensures a pleasant swimming experience, being skin friendly and easy to maintain. Furthermore, sustainability was a key focus, with water saving features integrated, such as a 25,000 litre underground water tank which incorporates the automatic water levelling and filling of the pool.
