The client’s vision for this newly built home in Geelong, Victoria, was for the pool to be a compelling, large-scale backyard feature with a clean, modern aesthetic. They requested an integrated spa and an elegant Infinity/Wet Edge Pool, with the ultimate goal of designing a unique sunken lounge area where the water's surface would be perfectly aligned with eye level. The pool and spa combination needed to be the focal point of the entire backyard, providing a generous area for entertaining.

Liquid Blue Pools delivered a masterpiece that meets the client's brief with pristine precision. The design showcases a fully tiled ceramic mosaic pool that is seamlessly integrated with the landscape. An elegant wet deck frames the entire pool, providing a sophisticated transition to the surrounding lawn and creating a continuous, mirror-like effect. The fully integrated spa features therapeutic jets for optimum relaxation. The water's surface is artfully aligned with the level of the surrounding grass and the adjacent sunken lounge, offering a unique and commanding visual experience..

Executing the elegant wet edge system that frames the entire pool was a key design requirement. This sophisticated aesthetic necessitated meticulous engineering, requiring a concealed balance tank to be built underneath the paving to handle the water run-off and ensure the pool maintains a consistent water level.

Operationally, the pool is fully equipped with advanced systems, ensuring an effortless, low-maintenance experience. The system features Pentair energy efficient pool equipment and integrated automation. The automated system provides hassle-free control over the therapeutic jets, heating, and automatically scheduling the Spa Electric LED lights. Further simplifying maintenance is Paramount world’s leading in-floor cleaning system. The system also includes mineral sanitation, which is detoxifying and contributes to exceptional water quality.
